yellow and with gold bands around the sides of both the lid and the bottom. It

France hand painted yellow dresser box with blue forget-me-nots and tiny
green leaves. The box is 5" wide and 2-3/4" tall. T&V stands for

Tressemann and Vogt, a
factory in Limoges, France that produced porcelain at the turn of the
last century.

T&V Limoges France hand
painted dresser box with delicate sprays of wild roses in pink and white
with yellow stamen and green leaves. It is about 5" wide and 3" tall
not including the painted gold handle at the top. Signed "T&V Limoges
France" on the bottom, it was made at the turn of the last century. There is
a small chip at the very tip of the handle. T&V stands for "Tressemann
& Vogt", one of the many Limoges companies.

It is about 3-3/4" wide and stands 2-1/2" tall not including the gold
back-to-back leaves that form tip on the lid. GDA stands for

Gerard Dufraisseix and Abbott and it
was a
factory in Limoges, France, that produced porcelain for import to America are
the turn of the last century.

on a green, brown and pale yellow background on the top. The top half of the
bowl is pastel blue. The signature on the bottom is too blurred to be legible,
but it was probably made at the turn of the last century. The box is about
4-3/4" wide and 3-1/2" tall including the lid and the three gold feet.
There is a blurred maker’s mark on the bottom.

large size antique dresser box of opaque blown-molded hand painted
glass with a hinged lid and hand painted pink wild roses on gray-brown
mottled background, circa 1900 it is almost 8" across. Made by CF Monroe
Company in Meriden, Conn, who also made Wavecrest and Nakara glass, circa
1900. The peach colored lining is frayed, but the glass body is perfect.
The box is breathtaking in every way, and a delight to own and cherish.
